Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy services are designed to help clients move beyond symptom management to address the deeper roots of emotional and behavioral challenges. Our approach integrates empirically based psychological science with Biblical truth, helping individuals connect the insights of faith with the realities of emotional and cognitive functioning. Coaching sessions emphasize skill-building, accountability, and real-world application. Clients learn how to break tasks into manageable steps, create systems that support follow-through, and adapt strategies as demands change. The goal is not only improved performance, but increased confidence and

Mental Wealth (Parent Coaching)

We seek to help parents navigate the emotional journey that comes with parenting so that they can pass down a rich legacy of emotional wellness, or...Mental Wealth

Parenting is both deeply meaningful and emotionally demanding—especially when a child has unique emotional, developmental, or mental health needs. Parent Coaching at The Wellness Vineyard provides a supportive space for parents to better understand their child, strengthen their own emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for navigating the complexities of parenting with confidence and clarity.

Through a collaborative coaching process, parents are supported in understanding their child’s emotional and behavioral needs, identifying patterns that contribute to stress or conflict, and learning strategies that foster connection, regulation, and growth. Much like tending a vineyard, this work focuses on cultivating patience, structure, and responsiveness—creating conditions in which both parent and child can thrive.

Parent coaching sessions emphasize both emotional support and skill development, helping parents feel less overwhelmed and more empowered in their role. The goal is not perfection, but sustainable parenting practices that support healthy development, emotional wellbeing, and family balance.

Mental Wealth will focus on:
Understanding emotional functioning and the purpose of emotions
Supporting children with developmental, learning, or mental health challenges
Building emotional regulation and resilience
Strengthening parent–child connection and communication

Developing consistent, supportive parenting strategies

Parent Coaching may be provided in group format or individually, depending on the needs of the individual client and family.
