Billing and Fees

At The Wellness Vineyard, we believe that clarity around billing and financial expectations is an important part of creating a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. The information below is provided to help you understand fees, payment options, and insurance-related considerations.

Fees for Services

Private Pay Fees:

* Therapy: $175/hour

* Psychological Evaluations: $200/hour, estimates will vary by complexity of evaluation

A good faith estimate will be provided prior to beginning services and are outlined in informed consent documents provided at intake.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted forms of payment may include credit/debit cards and other approved electronic payment methods. Insurances Accepted The Wellness Vineyard currently accepts select insurance plans.

Insurances Accepted

The Wellness Vineyard currently accepts select insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield and UHC Optum. Please contact us for additional insurances accepted for therapy services with Dr. McGhee through Headway.

Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, including copays, deductibles, and coverage limitations. Verification of benefits can be discussed prior to the initial appointment; however, final responsibility for payment remains with the client. For services not covered by insurance, or for clients choosing to use out-of-network benefits, self-pay options are available.

Out-of-Network Services

For insurance plans not accepted by the practice, clients may request a detailed receipt (superbill) to submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on individual plan benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about out-of-network mental health coverage.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than the required notice, as outlined in practice policies, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Questions About Billing

We understand that billing and insurance matters can feel overwhelming. Questions about fees, insurance coverage, or payment policies are always welcome and can be discussed prior to or during the intake process.
