About The Wellness Vineyard
At the heart of this practice is the belief that true emotional wellness begins at the roots. Dr. McGhee provides compassionate, skill-based care that helps individuals and families better understand their emotions, address underlying patterns, and grow toward wholeness. Grounded in faith and guided by clinical expertise, her approach honors how God uniquely designed each person—mind, body, and heart. Through insight, accountability, and genuine connection, clients are supported in cultivating emotional wellness that leads to confidence, healing, and meaningful relationships.
"One thing that has become clear to me over the years is that living well with our emotions is not easy; however, I’ve learned that it is possible. I believe emotional wellness is a skill that can be cultivated through practice and intentional awareness. By recognizing both our physical and emotional experiences, we can explore and attend to the deeper roots of what we feel, believe, and need. When we address the deeper roots of what we feel, believe, and need, we open the door to true self-acceptance. From that place, we can show up with confidence, care for our own needs, and extend real love and connection to others. For me, this is what genuine wellness looks like—living in harmony with the body, heart, mind; fully accepting ourselves and loving others.
My approach is grounded in a cognitive-behavioral framework that is outcome-driven and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change. I integrate the structure and accountability of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also bringing genuine compassion and sincere honesty into our work together. This balance allows therapy to be both structured and supportive—holding space for growth, while ensuring that each step moves you closer to your goals."

An active and competitive family, they can often be found on pickle ball, softball, or kickball fields—and occasionally, Dr. McGhee joins in the game herself.
